But the daddy of them all was the Mabo/Wik high court judgement that was brought down by a margin of four to three......now you have to ask yourself young Australia...who got it wrong and who got it right? Which judgement was correct? As there was a four to three and majority of one, what did the justices disagree on? Well we do know that at the time the Mabo and Wik judgements were determined, the majority of the justices had been appointed by the Labor Party....so it seems that Ideology and services rendered may have interfered with interpretation of the facts!!

Now the latest GRAB for the BIG dollars....or compensation for past rightful wrongs is starting to gather momentum.....
