MAKE NO BONES ABOUT IT...... most political parties scrambled to source, sign and ratify these treaties and agreements because they reflected such THIRD WORLD DRACONIAN MEASURES that would never achieve passage through a democratic parliament so the party system simply finds an obscure clause in their constitution (as Australian high court judges did) and bingo.....the power to use ILLEGAL FOREIGN AGREEMENTS over a sovereign nation’s law...... often, some interpretations that the judiciary arrive at, remain AMAZING TO SAY THE LEAST but these will be pursued and investigated at a later date...... especially the high court interpretation of the power to allow politicians to import United Nation’s agreements and treaties!!!
