Judge and be Judged!!! The JUDICIARY are..... OVERPAID, OVERINDULGED and over the top!! They live the life of absolute luxury but the real DANGER is that many carry an ideological political baggage that ensures the continuance of SERVICES RENDERED!!" OH YEAH...... THE JUDGES!! Not only are they overpaid, but they are mostly playing the politically correct game that their party masters designed for them! A hell of a lot more will be said about our Justices and how they interpret laws and court proceedings and more equally, how they are appointed..... they seem to be a law unto themselves and you and I, the taxpayers do not have any say whatsoever!!! NOT ONLY THAT, ALL JUDGES ARE SELECTED AND APPOINTED BY POLITICIANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO WHERE IS THE DIVISION BETWEEN PARLIAMENT AND THE JUDICIARY??? ALL JUDGES SHOULD
BE ELECTED FOR ONE TERM, POSSIBLY SIMILAR TO POLITICIANS AND BE ELECTED BY THE
PEOPLE. IN THIS WAY, WE MAY REGAIN SOME SANITY IN OUR COURT ROOMS!!
THE JUDICIARY MUST BE INVESTIGATED AND APPOINTED... NOT BY THEIR PEERS MIND BUT BY ORDINARY MEN AND WOMEN OF AUSTRALIA.... The JUDICIARY must never be selected and elected to any office by any POLITICIAN..... |
