CIVIL RIGHTS OF THE UN-INFECTED?
SELF APPOINTED “EXPERTS”
Early in the outbreak of the AIDS epidemic in New York, the Homosexual movement formed the “Gay mens health Association” and demanded that the Centers for Disease Control (CD C) liase with them, before ANY action was taken on Publicity, or Infection Control. The object of that Association is to promote the homosexual lifestyle, and deflect any criticism of it.
Consequently, while the Medical Authorities called for STANDARD control guidelines, the Homosexual movement instead insisted that everyone should use condoms, that carriers of the Virus be anonymous, that there be NO standard testing. In other words, Carriers of HIV, were given rights which NO OTHER carriers of disease in history were given
- and the Uninfected public at large had their rights removed.
Under Law, no person suffering from certain diseases may be employed in food handling, people living with; Dermatitis, Hepatitis and Tuberculosis, are required to cease working in food establishments. The exception is people living with HIV, who are mostly homosexual men in all cases outside of Africa and Asia.
DWERTING ATTENTION FROM THE PROBLEM DOESN’T “SOLVE” THE PROBLEM
What normally happens, is that only those AFFECTED by a disease, who are CARRIERS need to act responsibly and take precautions to protect everyone else who is NOT infected. Getting everyone to wear condoms to stop the spread of AIDS is like getting everyone to wear gloves to stop the spread of dermatitis, or getting everyone to wear masks to stop the spread of Tuberculosis., or getting everyone to wear a band-aid because someone has a cut finger.
At first, because over 95% of all HIV infection was in homosexual men, and for that reason was called GRIDS - Gay Related Immune Deficiency - homosexual Activists DENIED it was a Gay problem, and insisted that the disease was spreading into the HETEROsexual population. 12 years later over 90% of ALL HIV outside Africa and Asia is STILL among homosexual men. However, there is NO compulsory or widespread testing, and if Gays REFUSE to be tested, statistics will tend to record people OTHER THAN homosexuals and so the percentages are slowly beginning to change.
With NO CONTROLS on those who ARE infected, sooner or later the disease will spread from them into other groups. 78% of homosexual men in one study (Bell & Weinberg) reported having sex with Women, and in Australia, the Labour Government gave $173,500 to a homosexual group called; “The Gay and Married Mens Association” these are homosexuals who are married to Women, but still have sex with men in Public toilets, Gay bars and bath houses. Their wives are unknowingly at extreme risk
In Australia, the Aids Council in Each State was formed by Homosexual Activists and began to vilify and ridicule any Medical Professional who contradicted THEIR demands for secrecy and preservation of the “Gay” lifestyle, at a time when ALL KNOWN CASES were homosexual men, or those who had received contaminated blood from homosexual donors.
The first 14 cases of HIV in Australia, Britain and Denmark were homosexual men, who had sex with an infected homosexual in America or from America. Each of those had multiple sex partners. The first 200 cases in America, were homosexual men, who each reported over 1000 sex partners. HIV at present can only be spread person to person FROM a carrier.
DENIAL
The (homosexual) Aids Councils have consistently denied reports from Medical Professionals about the risk factors of
Aids transmission. and have IGNORED Published research in Medical Journals. The most glaring example being the
length of time the Virus survives outside the body; The Aids Council has always maintained that;

“The Virus dies quickly, within afew minutes outside the body, is hard to catch and is a fragile Virus.”

Medical Journals report that HIV survives up to 14 DAYS in dried blood, and 21 DAYS in a moist surface and in the history of Virology, NO Virus is described as “Fragile,” a Virus is extremely hardy by nature. If relatively few people are tested, how do they “KNOW” how hard it is to catch, or indeed how many people have caught the Virus?
Why have Health Authorities allowed homosexual Activists to hijack control of the AIDS Epidemic?
MORE “POLITICAL CORRECTNESS”
With Medical Authorities continuing to ask questions, and the Public at large becoming agitated by the growing number of infections, the homosexual Aids Councils claimed the “Politically Correct” idea that;
“Homosexual men have acted responsibly, and are now practicing SAFE SEX”
This is in spite of Medical Authorities insistence, and Published research showing that condoms are NOT effective against viruses. In other words, even if condoms were used 100% of the time, infection would still spread - and therefore, homosexual men cannot be said to have acted “Responsibly”.
Additionally, Epidemiologists and Medical researchers have found NO EVIDENCE that homosexual men in the main have adopted safer sexual behaviour.
Drs Masters, Johnson and Kolodny in their book; “Crisis” published the results of surveys of homosexual men. In 1986 in San Francisco, where these men have received Smillions of “Safe Sex” messages. almost 25% reported over 50 sex partners, and 630 out of 729 still practiced Anal sex, after 4 years of intensive warnings.
In the North West United States, they found in a study of 200 Gay men, 172 practiced Anal sex (very high risk) in
1982 and that in 1986 - 101 were STILL practicing Anal sex. In 1982, 24% of these men had more than 50 partners.
and by 1986, after considerable publicity about the risks, 19.5% STILL reported over 50 sex partners per year, and
20% of the subjects in this survey actually INCREASED the number of partners per year.
Of the 101 homosexual men in this study who practiced Anal sex, only 12 reported always using a condom, which means that after considerable warnings, almost 90% were NOT showing due regard for their own, or their parmer’s survival.
Dr James Goedert of the National Cancer Institute also conducted a survey, and found that 77% of homosexual men in 1986 who practiced Anal sex - DID NOT use condoms. These are men who were the primary target of “Safe Sex” messages, costing the Taxpayer Snullions.
September 1992, GAMMA reports that 40% of homosexual men who called their hotline, had very poor knowledge of HIV transmission, and even less knowledge of sexually transmitted disease.
March 1992, the Australian published a survey of young homosexual men in NSW who ADMITTED engaging in
UNSAFE sex.
295 of these were HIV positive
219 had unsafç sex in the last 6 months
88 of these admitted KIVQ WING they were positive at the time.
November 1992, the 5th National Conference on AIDS reported that 70% of bisexuals DO NOT use condoms with women.
January 1992, the Australian reports on a study which showed that 42 out of 49 people who were HIV positive and DID NOT use condoms - were homosexual men.
March 1994, the National AIDS Bulletin, which carries an obscene full page photo of two homosexuals engaging in fellatio on the front cover, carries a report called; “Why Gay men still have unsafe sex” the sub headline, (and excuse) is; “Its warm, moist and intensely human”
That Bulletin report says that the 6th International Conference on AIDS had drawn attention to the fact that;
“Some men who had previously adopted safer sex practices had started having UNSAFE sex again. Since then reports warning that Gay men are falling back into old habits and that safe sex has gone out the window have mushroomed.... there is still convincing evidence that unprotected sex is happening and that it (the evidence) cannot be ignored.”
It also carries 3 other articles coniirining that in the main homosexual men are NOT practicing safe sex One article called; “Sporadic sinning” says;
60% of the groups (ages 28-44 years) indicated that they had practiced unsafe sex on at least one occasion since the advent ofHlvprevention programs in WA “.
The very next paragraph says;
“We peer educators of Gay men have been incredibly successful in creating a Gay culture of safe sex being the norm
This compulsive obsession with denial, and the need to sound right and “Correct” is why homosexuals should NEVER be allowed to control discussion on Aids prevention.

Another article in the same issue, called; “At the crossroads”says;
There is persistent talk of a breakout of new H.[V infections in Gay men. While the National FIIV Surveilance figures do not yet bear out these fears, assertions are common that the failure to sustain safe sex (so called relapse) among Gay men widely observed in Europe and the US in recent years is manfesting itself in Australia
“It is clear that there is and will continue to be a level of unprotected intercourse among men.”
Another article (same issue) suggests that it is wrong to be forthright about the term ‘Safe sex” because it makes those who DON’T PRACTICE IT - feel “Guilty and ashamed”.
These “Peer” educators feel that we need to be “Non-Judgemental” about unsafe sex so as not to “Offend” those who’s irresponsibility is condemning other people to an early death.
BLINDFOLDED SURVEILANCE
There is a very good reason why HIV Surveilance figures don’t “Reflect” the trend for unsafe sex, and that is because firstly homosexual Activists are telling Gays NOT TO BE TESTED, so that they cannot be charged with “Knowingly” infecting someone, and the statistics will begin to show groups other than Gays, because Gays are not taking the test. The tests are voluntary, which exposes as blatant deception the AIDS COUNCIL claim that “We have done better in Australia than any other place in controlling the Epidemic” How do they KNOW that - there is hardly any testing of the population going on. We have NO IDEA how many people are carrying the Virus!
The September 1993 National AIDS Bulletin, carries a report of the Western Australia Gay Bath house called “Beaufort 565” and remarks that the greatest danger is from walking on discarded (used) condoms with bare feet. The mentality which discards used condoms on the floor in a public sauna used exclusively by homosexual men - knowing the risks of REV infection, is hardly a “Responsible” mentality.
If these are examples of the “Responsibilty” of the group mostly carrying the infection - there is little cause for public confidence in the claims of homosexual Aids Councils, or in Health Authorities who allow them to “Control” the spread of this Epidemic.
STANDARD CONTROL PROCEDURE
Because the greatest priority in any Civilisation, is to preserve the uninfected, so that someone survives long enough to treat and care for those who are infected, certain common sense precautions have ALWAYS applied - until the homosexual movement hijacked the AIDS debate.
1. Find out exactly HOW MANY people are infected, how big is the problem. and therefore what will be the requirements for care, beds and treatment in the next few years.
2. Ensure that the carriers of the disease take every possible precaution against transmitting the disease to others.
3. If necessary place restrictions on the travel of infected persons (not necessarily to restrain them, but to monitor their interstate or international movements).
4. If necessary, for those who refuse to follow standard safety procedure, quarantine be applied.
5. Identify all carriers, not publicly, but at least to blood banks, food production outlets, and Medical practitioners. This can be done with strict confidentiality, with stiff penalties for breach of confidentiality.
6. Education of infected persons on how to avoid the risk of infecting others, how to limit progression of the disease and where to obtain the best possible Medical care.
7. Standard contact tracing, to locate, test and if necessary treat contacts of infected people.
These are basically the Standard method of stopping the spread of disease, and all people infected with diseases in the past HAVE been subject to these routine methods, for the common good as well as for their own benefit. People with Tuberculosis and many other diseases are STILL subject to these controls - without complaint.
Only homosexual Activists refuse to follow these procedures, claiming “Discrimination” and invasion of “Human rights” and they have invented a whole range of clever “Arguments” on civil liberties to avoid normal control methods. What this means is, that for the first time in history, the rights of the UN1NFECTED have been denied and swept under the carpet.
One of the excuses is that tests would cost too much -
Testing the high risk groups, or at least major sections of the population would cost far less than the half billion dollars spent on useless “Safe sex” messages and the result would be an accurate assessent of the extent of the Epidemic, allowing planning of future care needs. The cost of testing is now negligible because of new test methods - but homosexual Aids Councils have NOT changed their position on testing.
Another excuse is that it takes too long for the test results, people would be terrified waiting to know.
There is now a test available, which gives a result in two minutes. In any case, for the sake of the whole pupulation. some discomfort is warranted, and if a person is in fact positive, they will certainly face the full effect of the associated trauma sooner or later - it is better for them (earlier treatment) and better for the community at large, that they find out

HIV AND BLOOD SPORTS
The Australian Football Association has recently introduced new rules for Players with injuries involving blood spill, they are to leave the playing field.
Homosexual Activists, and Civil Liberties spokespeople are “Outraged” at this rule which protects uninfected players from exposure to a Virus which can KILL them. One QC, claimed on National Radio, that there have been no cases of HIV transmission on the sports field. He was WRONG, Lancet published a report of a soccer player in Europe who contracted HIV after a minor injuiy involving blood on the playing field.
In any case, there can be NO Civil Liberty which places another human being at risk of contracting a fatal disease. NO ONE has the right to place other lives at risk, and Civil Libertarians who say otherwise deserve to be charged and prosecuted for recklessly endangering life, QC or not.
The same applies to the workplace, an Employer, and co-workers MUST be allowed to know what risks they carry in working with an infected person, their LIVES may depend on it. if a person with any other disease cannot expect total anonymity, then neither should those infected with HIV where their infection involves close contact with other people which may involve blood spills or body fluids such as in the event of an accident.
Homosexual Activists paranoia about preserving the Gay lifestyle has to stop,
LIVES are more important than lifestyles.
HISTORY OF DENIAL & DECEPTION
Both the Aids Council and US Gay Mens Health Association, who hijacked the AIDS debate have one priority - to defend and promote the Gay lifestyle, Public Health, even survival of Homosexuals is a LOW priority.
These homosexual Activists have the compulsive denial syndrome, which is common to all forms of anti-social, addictive behaviour, and which gave rise to some of the most devastating deception seen this century;
The homosexual Aids Council claimed;
‘4ids is not a Gay disease” - homosexual thought they were not at risk, and therefore took risks.
The blood supply is perfectly safe - 195 Australians are now infected by blood transfusion from homosexualdonors who carried the Virus.
“You can’t get Aids from a needle stick because the virus dies within minutes, and it takes gallons and gallons offluid to infect you “. At the same time, lack of testing prevented authorities from knowing how many cases of needlestick there were. The first two cases which sm-faced were “Covered up” for over a year. Now, several thousand health care workers are. thought to be infected worldwide from needlestick.
‘The disease is spreading into the heterosexual population” - 90% of all cases outside Africa and Asia are STILL among homosexual men, 12 years into the epidemic, and Gays are keeping away from being tested, in order to fudge the figures.
“You can’t get Aids from kissing or oral sex” - there are at least four documented cases of saliva transmission.
“You cant get Aids {f you have intact skin” There are now several documented cases of sibling transmission without broken skin, and several cases of infection from blood or body fluids on unbroken skin.
HOW MUCH MORE WILL IT TAKE?
