He was soundly defeated in the Federal election when Paul (big picture) keating lost to John Howard in a landslide….. the largest since the father of Republicanism (Gough Whitlam) was similarly disposed of…….you remember Gough, he is the elder statesman who turned his back on the East Timorese in their hour of need!

Defeated former Prime Minister Gough Whitlam gave carte blanche to Indonesian President Suhato to invade a defenceless population! The ruthless savagery perpetrated upon these people is now history but conservative estimates indicate at least two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) men, women and children were dispossessed, tortured, raped, jailed and murdered while first Whitlam stood by and ignored these atrocities, then Malcolm Fraser failed to lift a finger and never mentioned what was happening in his own front yard, Bob Hawke did the noble thing, he turned his back but then when Paul Keating was elected, we had a bit of action….. he and his Foreign Affairs sidekick Senator Gareth Evans (retired and now operating from the U.N) began dividing up and sharing the spoils (Oil fields etc…) with Indonesia!! When John Howard was elected as Prime Minister, he and his Foreign Affairs minister Alexandra Downer were also quite happy to ignore Indonesia’s ruthless incursion of the East Timorese until the Australian public got wind of it and believed enough was enough! After Howard forced Indonesia to pull out and allowed independence and democracy to emerge, the Australian government under Howard and Downer have now recognised Indonesia’s invasion of West Papua New Guinea…….again estimates reflect one and fifty thousand deaths (150,000)! They just don’t seem to learn by their mistakes do they? Even the United Nations (an organization that many hold in contempt) does not recognise Indonesia’s sovereignty of this country!! So Australia, just to put you in the picture, these are the calibre of Party Politicians that you and I freely elected! Lillian King used to flip the TV dial when shows about AIDS came on. Faithfully married, she felt the issue was largely irrelevant. Kind was rudely jolted out of her indifference when she and her seventeen year old son Jeffery were notified that they had been treated by a HEALTH WORKER with AIDS DISEASE!! Lillian and her son were among 1,800 other patients exposed to the infected worker at a medical centre in the town of Nashua, New Hampshire. King has become a galvanizing force in the drive to enact legislation REQUIRING HIV TESTING FOR PHYSICIANS AND PATIENTS! My son was furious, ready to kill over this. I think it is time to start treating AIDS like a deadly disease instead of a special secret.
Many people feel a growing sense of uneasiness about the way the AIDS epidemic has been handled. There is a nagging consensus both in the lay public and among medical professionals that something is terribly amiss in public health policy regarding this disease. Dr. Edward Annis, former President of the American Medical Association, asserts that the government’s overwhelming emphasis on the civil rights aspect of AIDS has stymied disease and control efforts.

For years, people have been told that AIDS does not kill a person; one only dies of other diseases caused by a weakening of the immune system. It has clearly been established that this is inaccurate. The AIDS virus itself does kill directly in many diverse ways. The direct lethal attack of HIV has critical implications for public policy in terms of occupational limitations, the prospect of developing a treatment or vaccine, and the potential for different modes of transmission.
(The media is still very selective when reporting information to the public…. It is possible that any anticipated exposure would most likely be run past THE GAY ADMINISTERED AIDS COUNCIL OR ONE OF ITS NATIONAL HOMOSEXUAL TAX FUNDED ORGANIZATIONS so that any Public Relations Damage could be prevented or at the least, minimized!!)

THE AIDS VIRUS IS CONSTANTLY MUTATING

The Author’s first book, THE AIDS COVER-UP ? Underscored the hazards associated with the ability of the AIDS virus to mutate. Dr. William Haseltine, a prominent investigator at Harvard’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute has stated:

“The kind of readout of genetic information we see in this system (of the AIDS virus) is absolutely outstanding. Nobody would have thought that this level of transcription (gene activity) was possible before we did these studies. WE WERE SHOCKED! It is about 1,000 times faster than the genes we know about. This system is very potent in permitting viruses to replicate at a ferocious rate.   It is one of the reasons this is such a devastating disease. It’s one of the reasons this virus can be transmitted from person to person.”

According to Dr. Luc Montagnier, the French co-discover of the AIDS virus:
“The potential for genetic variation is perhaps the greatest danger in the future of the AIDS epidemic. It will make it difficult to design efficient vaccines against all strains, and a further change of the virus in its tropism (preference for different types of cells) and ways of transmission cannot be excluded.

COVERT AIDS: AN OMINOUS TURN
 
At the eighth international conference on AIDS, scientists from different parts of the world reported “new cases” of AIDS appearing among people who tested negative for HIV-1 and HIV-2, the conventional strains of the AIDS virus. One of the cases involved a New York City Male who admitted having multiple liaisons with known AIDS carriers. Another case reported from Spain involved a married man with no known risk factors who has suffered from Kaposi’s sarcoma and Tuberculosis since 1990. Of six American patients with AIDS who tested negative for HIV-1 and HIV-2, three have histories of blood transfusions (two received blood after blood banks started screening for HIV), one has used drugs and one is a health care worker. Epidemiologist Thomas Spira of the U.S. Center for Disease Control suggests, “HIV may not be the only infectious cause of immunosuppression in man.


The medical establishment and the media reported the cases as though they were a STARTLINGLY NOVEL TURN OF EVENTS. The public have been told that instances of patients with AIDS who are negative for HIV-1 and HIV-2 are rare. In reality, over forty such cases were reported from New York City alone at a previous conference held in 1988. Those portentous findings still have not been widely circulated in the medical community or reported by the media.
Almost all of the covert AIDS cases reported back in 1988 OCCURRED IN HIGH RISK PATIENTS. Now a disconcertingly high percentage of reported covert AIDS cases are being seen among people with no known risk factors for HIV.
In spite of the fact that several of the more recent cases involve persons whose only risk factor was a blood transfusion, health officials are continuing to reassure people that the blood supply is “safe.”

DEADLY NEW MUTANTS
 
Although yet to be reported from the media, French researchers have isolated a mutant form of HIV from an AIDS patient which is 100,000 times more powerful and more contagious than previous AIDS viruses.
Japanese scientists have identified a strain that kills more rapidly than previous known forms. The virus was found in the blood of a 24 year-old man who died within eight months after he was infected. AIDS AND TB TAXING HOSPITALS
 
In New York City, the HOSPITAL SYSTEM IS IMPLODING UNDER THE CRUSHING INFLUX OF AIDS PATENTS. HIV-related TB has broken out among patients, staff and visitors at medical facilities and the population at large.  The staggering impact of AIDS has helped the medical system into near shambles. Medical facilities with residencies which were once among the most highly sort after in the in the nation are having difficulty in attracting physicians. As the AIDS epidemic expands, the situation in the Big Apple can be seen as a foreboding of things to come elsewhere.

In his insightful book “A Time for Truth”, written prior to the AIDS epidemic, William Simon, former Secretary of the Treasury Noted:
“If New York were a discrete political entity, disconnected from America and committing suicide in a unique way, it would be sad but not frightening. Nevertheless, it is frightening, New York is not disconnected from America. It is America’s premier city and its intellectual headquarters. It is America in microcosm. The philosophy, the illusions, the pretensions, and the rationalizations which guide New York City are those which guide the entire country.”

In two large New York teaching hospitals, at least 100 patients caught the deadly drug-resistant form of TB and at least 19 health care workers developed the deadly strain on the job.
Atlanta, Georgia has now surpassed New York as the city with the highest incidence of TB in the U.S. Atlanta recently reported a colossal 50% increase in TB over one year.
“We were startled to hear the news, we thought everything was getting better,” said Joseph Wilber, M.D., Director of the communicable disease branch of Georgia’s Division of Public Health. Dr. Wilber attributes Atlanta’s plight to the high rate of HIV infection in the city. Outbreaks of TB have been occurring with rising frequency across the U.S.

AIDS NOT REGARDED AS A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE
 
In a deadly twist of irony, the states, which are besieged with AIDS, do not recognize HIV infection as a communicable or sexually transmitted disease. This has forestalled the most basic preventive health measures from being taken. The result has been the loss of untold lives and the continued spread of HIV disease and its related infections into the population.
Medical and Dental workers, feared and fearful, are caught in the crossfire. In many cases, they are not allowed to know which patients are carrying AIDS….an infectious, fatal disease which could destroy their careers, their lives and the lives of loved ones. Concurrently, they face apprehensive patients who are concerned about contracting AIDS from them and demanding that medical and dental workers be tested.
Dr. Phillip Levitan, President of the New York Society of Surgeons, has stated:
“The entire AIDS problem has been POLITICISED and we feel at this point it needs to be MEDICALIZED.”

Why RAGE will not produce a CURE or a VACCINE
“We have been lined up in front of a firing squad and it is called AIDS. We must riot. The new phase is terrorism ……. The serenity of the majestic cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris, France was shattered as scores of angry AIDS protestors invaded the sanctuary to challenge the Church’s opposition to condoms and homosexual conduct.
At St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City, a mob of enraged homosexuals shouting obscenities swarmed into the aisles and pews during Mass and showered churchgoers with condoms. One of the militants desecrated a consecrated communion host, believed by Catholics to be the body and blood of Christ. Thousands of militant demonstrators paraded outside the sanctuary, haranguing the church. Some obscenely altered posters of the crucifixion.
In Costa Mesa, California, vociferous members of ACT-UP (AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power) and Queer Nation disrupted the worship services of Calvary Chapel, a large evangelical church. The groups angrily opposed the church’s outreach to homosexuals in an area of the city with a high rate of AIDS.
In another particularly vicious outburst elsewhere in the state, homosexual militants smashed doors and flung shards of broken glass like Frisbees, slicing the kneecaps of police officers. None of the offenders were arrested.
In cities throughout the U.S. and Europe, aggressive AIDS activists have conducted similar peppery demonstrations, demanding that more money be spent on developing a cure or vaccine for AIDS.  Militant protest groups such as ACT-UP and Queer Nation (whose trademark chant is “We’re here, we’re queer, we’re fabulous, get used to it!”) have staged countless guerrilla street exhibitions and media events. These and allied organizations allege that antagonism toward homosexuals has been the root cause for the lack of progress in developing a cure or vaccine for AIDS. They accuse politicians, public health officials, religious leaders, physicians, et al., of letting anti-homosexual attitudes block adequate funding for AIDS research. Those who advocate conventional disease control measures are labelled “HOMOPHOBES.”
If AIDS was perceived to be a disease affecting mainly heterosexuals middle-class Americans, AIDS activists claim, far greater sums of money would have been expended on research efforts and m any lives spared. Some homosexuals angrily charge that the lack of progress in AIDS treatment stems from a campaign of anti-homosexual genocide.
(Initially, well-organized tax-funded militant and violent demonstrations were held and maintained until “our honourable elected members’ started ducking and weaving to escape public condemnation of a handful of homosexual extremists. These public confrontations were well planned, well heeled and successfully completed.)
(The strength of homosexual animosity toward normal biological, family values and the fabric of moral decency was quite extraordinary…….it took authorities by surprise….in their defence, they were simply not prepared! They were also triumphant in being employed in “key” Government Departments where they were able to conspire with ‘like minded’ politicians and from there, they were advising ministers regarding policy direction and implementation of specific legislation that would eventually increase their rights and privileges. Governments were not the only ones to feel the incessant demands of these cantankerous, sick-minded creatures, Universities, Colleges of Advanced Education, High Schools and Primary Schools were all targeted and “accessed”. These Institutions provided an excellent medium from which their ‘culture’ could be disseminated quietly and effectively. Not only that, they had access to our children……and let it not be forgotten, between 35 and 50% of all PAEDOPHILE CRIMES are PERPETRATED by GAYS or ( HOMOSEXUALS!!)

The very same battles are being fought right here in Australia but the Silent Majority remain silent....and that is where the war is being lost!

The strategy was published in a book by HOMOSEXUALS called, “After the Ball” Plume Publishers, Marshall Kirk & Hunter Madsen. The original Media Strategy was called: “Waging peace” and appeared in the Homosexual paper – Christopher Street in 1987!

MORAL STANDARDS.
 
We mentioned a brief overview of the fundamental need for Moral standards in any society, and would just like to add a few short observations to that common sense fact.
 
The Homosexual movement came up with the slogan that Sodomy is just a “Draconian” or “Antiquated” Law carried over from the Judeo/Christian idea of Moral “Purity”.
 
In reality, Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome – both PAGANS, tried Sodomy as a socially acceptable alternative, under the name of “Pederasty”. Both found the result was rampant disease, marriage breakdown, Social disobedience, Drug abuse, and sexual depravity leading to orgies, sacrifices and bestiality.
 
It is not that Homosexuality causes these things, although some similar elements are now seen in San Francisco “Snuff sex” and sado-masochism – but without a Moral foundation, there is no order, no restriction on the Limits of acceptable behaviour, either for individuals or for whole communities – they become “Non-Judgemental” failing to decide what is right and wrong, rather, with that mentality, “Anything Goes”. Nevertheless, the bear faced facts, Australia, will speak for themselves. The statistics will prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the Homosexual Agenda has conspired with Political Parties, and manipulated Media involvement for many years.
 
LAW.
 
Laws are made by consensus, in a free democratic country. Most of the world, for most of the time since Civilisation began, has outlawed homosexual practices. Those few countries which for a time “Tolerated” Pederasty, soon found it was NOT a viable option, and reintroduced prohibition for the common good.
 
In modern times, we are told that “Times have changed” and that MOST countries have Liberalised their Laws and those who will prohibit Sodomy are “Out of date, or out of step”. The fact is, the LAWS OF NATURE have not changed, and never will, and “Society” has by NO MEANS become “More tolerant” – most of the western world, had no idea the Laws were even being challenged. A few Activists persuading people in high places FORCED change on an unsuspecting Public. Even so, in most Parliaments the issue was hotly contested, with a BARE MAJORITY passing the vote.
 
Another nice slogan is the one about “Bedroom Police”. The fact is, that Civilisation has always allowed the Police to prosecute Anti-social “Private acts”. Most crimes in fact are committed in Private. The Police, with universal Public consent have ALWAYS had the right to investigate behaviour carried out in bedrooms, lounge rooms, or kitchens, because that is where a great deal of crime and violence takes place.
 
Accepting the NEW homosexual viewpoint, means that Police would no longer be able to investigate or prosecute other acts, like illegal drug use, manufacturing or growing drugs in “Private”, forgery, domestic violence, fraud, prostitution, child abuse, etc. If these IMMORAL acts are within the scrutiny of Law, so is sexual behaviour.
 
The funniest Slogan is the one about the “Archaic law which cannot be enforced and therefore is a bad law”.
 
The fact is the laws against stealing and murder or rape, cannot prevent THOSE crimes taking place either, and those laws are just as “Archaic” (old) as Sodomy – does that mean they are ALL “Bad Laws” and should be repealed?
 
PUBLIC HEALTH
 
Whenever anyone raises the issue of the Medical consequences of Homosexual acts, they face a wall of paranoia, an almost hysterical denial and venomous counter accusation that “Straights” have disease too.
 
But “Straight “ Law is not being contested, the argument is; “SHOULD HOMOSEXUAL ACTS BE LEGALISED” and that required and justified an investigation into the PRACTICAL AND DANGEROUS CONSEQUENCES of those acts.
 
The incidence of Venereal Disease among “Straights” is mostly confined to “Promiscuous” Straights; normal monogamous heterosexual relationships RARELY produce disease. Normal penile/vaginal sex does not produce any physical damage. Anal sex on the other hand, no matter who does it carries a very high risk of physical damage, immunologic damage and infections of the Bowel, thus creating a danger to Community Health.
 
The fact that disease does occur in Straights – does not in any way minimise the fact, that among HOMOSEXUAL MEN, the disease rate is out of all proportion to their numbers in society. Accusing Straights of having disease too, makes no sense; the problem under debate is the enormous DIFFERENCE in the rate of disease found in homosexual men. The Gay Activist diversion is like saying that people other than accountants and bank managers also practice fraud or embezzlement so let’s not crack down on, or prosecute those who commit fraud – It makes NO sense.
 
The facts are there for anyone to check for himself or herself, and the weight of evidence shows that Homosexual men carry over half of all Venereal disease in America, and that group carries 80% of all known Syphilis cases in America. Exotic Bowel diseases are so prevalent in homosexual men that in Medical Circles it is officially known as Gay Bowel Syndrome. Hepatitis is endemic to homosexual men – it is NOT endemic to the rest of society.
 
There is nothing “Hateful” or “Homophobic” about these facts, 1% OF SOCIETY CARRYING UP TO 80% OF DISEASE IS A SERIOUS MEDICAL CONCERN. How can homosexual Activists perpetuate the lie in our Schools, that being “Gay” is, quote; “Normal, Natural, Healthy and necessary” – against an avalanche of Medical facts to the contrary?
 
People in any case have the right to contest such claims by homosexual Activists and to present and discuss evidence – without being called nasty names for so doing.
 
PUBLIC ORDER
 
A principle, which has stood the test of time, since the beginning of Civilisation. It relies on the concept of common good, that each of us living in a Community has some impact on all other persons in that Community.
 
This is evidenced in many ways but for illustration, our common garbage disposal and sewage systems are an example. Other instances include Public conduct, we do not allow nudity in public as this is considered inappropriate behaviour and in our civilisation often causes offence or shock, and can lead to inappropriate actions – seduction, incitement to commit sexual offences etc.
 
In regard to the practice of homosexuality, historically, where the practice has become widespread, such as in Ancient (Pagan) Greece or Rome, it was shown to cause considerable social discord. There was no longer a commitment in the public at large to Marriage, Families and public decency.
 
Tolerance of openly endorsed homosexuality was shown to undermine Social traditions, and had the effect of demeaning those institutions to the point where it became difficult to trace ancestry – the number of illegitimate births increased, because immorality spread to other sections of society. This caused immense problems with Public records, births, deaths and Marriages, and the practical problems of who is responsible for the welfare of children born out of wedlock and what of inheritance rights, transfer of property and keeping track of incestuous relationships. Usually, illegitimate children became wards of the State, and in times of mass unemployment or recession, threatened the viability of the State through its welfare burdens. (Tolerance and understanding should only be directed to those individuals who suffer a socio-economic hardship, those with disabilities or others of similar persuasion.)
 
(Socialism is committed to doing away with inheritance and property rights, as they believe that all things should be the property of the State. They have a vested interest in undermining Families and promoting individualism for this reason).
 
The social problems caused by the disintegration of “Orderly” traditions and established patterns of responsibility, actually lead to social chaos. People drift in and out of “Relationships” with adultery, concubines, and prostitution, and became obsessed with drunkenness and revelry, and drugs. Along with widespread “Self Centred” sexual abandon, human life became cheap and self respect diminished – life became in a sense just one big party where anything goes.
 
A microcosm of this can certainly be seen in the major cities today where homosexual “Culture” has been allowed to flourish.
 
Note also, that if a homosexual sub-culture were left entirely to its own devices – it would die out, as there is no reproduction in homosexuality. Homosexuality therefore, is NOT a “Viable” alternative, and the whole of society is adversely affected according to the proportionate representation of homosexuality in it.
 
There is no doubt that if abnormal sexual/social “Relationships” are openly endorsed, it presents young people with alternative choices they would not otherwise be aware of. A percentage would be inclined to follow or “Identify” with that alternative lifestyle, and if the number who does so increases, the point will be reached where other traditions, Marriage, Family and other responsibilities become non-viable.
 
In the long term, homosexuals themselves are disadvantaged as the fabric of society, which sustains them, disintegrates. In other words, it has been demonstrated, that existing Social order, i.e.; heterosexual relationships WITHIN A COMMITTED FAMILY STRUCTURE, are essential for the order of Society.
 
This is apart from the spread of disease, shown to be associated with rampant promiscuity historically and presently.
 
In the last 30 years, from the 1960’s, we have seen various Social experiments carried out by the Student generation, which declared itself ANTI-ESTABLISHMENT. Hippie Communes, Polygamy, open Marriages and homosexual relationships, have all been touted as “Alternatives” – but their proponents seem to forget, that they have all been tried before as various times in history, and all “Alternative” models have FAILED.
 
In particular, modern experiments with “Education” have led to illiteracy, incapacity to cope with life, incapacity to qualify for employment and peculiar Anti-social attitudes such as humanism, and “Individualism”. The “Experts” who design education curricula are so full of their own importance, they forget that the world has survived for over 12,000 years with a “Model” of education and industry that stood the test of time until the Industrial revolution and the interference of the State in education.
 
That model of both education and industry was FAMILY BASED, where the mother or father would take their child under instruction in the necessities of life, and employment skills.
 
HUMAN RIGHTS
 
These are fundamental rights that are common to every human being, like the right to live, to be free from deprivation of food, water, shelter, clothing, and the right to education in order to understand the world and so be able to cope with the complexities of life.
 
(It has clearly NEVER been considered by any Civilisation in history that Sodomy is a “Right”. Firstly, Sodomy is NOT something common to ALL HUMANS, - less than 1% of the population practice the act, so it cannot be placed in the category of being a “Human” right, at best it could only be seen an abnormal rather disgusting dangerous practice in which very few humans receive some type of personal satisfaction! The act of sodomy degrades the meaning of the word Human, because even animals don’t do it.)
 
Human rights are things, which uphold the “dignity” of human life – people should not be treated like slaves or animals, nor treated as objects without inherent value. Sodomy is the undignified act of exploiting the anus of another person for sexual gratification, against Nature, and is no more “Acceptable” socially, than inserting food into the same orifice.

CIVIL RIGHTS
 
These are to do with a person’s right to participate freely in society and in the affairs of his/her community. It basically means that each person is to have some say in the running of the community and not be forced to accept decisions which may be harmful – such as restriction on employment, forced labour, denial of education, unfair taxes. There is NO COMPARISON between the “Affairs” of the community – and the “Affairs” of the bedroom, one deals with Public, the other deals with things done in secret.
 
Community “Affairs” means the right to vote, to lobby Government and Public opinion, the right to petition, to run for council, to carry on free trade, to form organizations, to join Associations, to be represented, to obtain information and to express an opinion.
 
What on earth has Sodomy got to do with Civil rights?
 
Homosexuals in Australia ALREADY HAVE the right to do ALL those things – just like any other Australian. What homosexual Activists are demanding is not “Rights” based on their Citizenship of Australia, which they already have, but “Special Rights” based on their “status” as a Sodomite.

Is the principle that all people be treated equally and fairly, and the Disadvantaged be given special consideration by virtue of their circumstances – a concept founded by the laws of the Bible from Jews and Christians – both, at various times vilified and persecuted for their Humanity, by those who don’t believe in God, but demand His Laws be applied in their favour anyway.
 
Social Justice is the principle of ensuring that ALL people have their Human Rights met, their right to food, water, clothing, shelter, protection from harm and the right to education and health.
 
There is absolutely NO barrier to homosexual people in a democracy to obtaining ANY of these. All Social Justice policy is administered by the State or Commonwealth, things like Education, Hospitals, Medical, and Unemployment benefits – people qualify for these services or for special assistance based on:
 
Their Citizenship or resident status.
Their economic status.
Disability.
 
At no time in history have THESE benefits been subject to your Sexual “Preferences”.
Homosexuals ALREADY qualify, and already receive these benefits under existing criteria.
 
In addition, there are volunteer Welfare Associations, mostly run by Christian Organizations, The Brotherhood of St. Lawrence, St Vincent de Paul, Anglicare, Centacare, and The Salvation Army.
 
None of these organizations have any qualifying criteria other than “NEED” and none can tell the difference between an Unemployed or Homeless Heterosexual, and Unemployed or Homeless Homosexual – why should the Homosexual have EXTRA advantage or priority because of what he, rather than the other person does in bed?
 
MINORITY STATUS.
 
Homosexual Activists say that “Sodomy is the same as being left handed” – but being left handed does NOT involve the use of someone else’s anus for sexual gratification. Being left-handed does not require the wearing of condoms in order to be “Safe”.
 
They say; “Being homosexual is the same as having red hair”. Having red hair does NOT qualify a person for minority status, having red hair has NOT been shown to be linked with Venereal Disease, having red hair does not require participation of another person – you can have red hair alone, Sodomy requires a partner.
 
People have red hair, or are left handed 24 hours of every day, in private and public – not only in their bedroom. Sodomy on the other hand, is not a VISIBLE characteristic, and should not compete with red hair, left handedness, blindness, deafness, disability or skin colour for special protection and special rights.
 
To include Sodomy in competition with all genuine and visible public characteristics is a horrendous miscarriage of Social Justice, and a gross insult to disabled, ethnic, aged and racial minorities. But this is the pathway chosen by Homosexual Activists, Australia. Do not be fooled or lulled into a false sense of security. People promoting this behaviour mean business. The very next time you hear someone say “I have ‘Gay’ friends,” question their ‘Moral Integrity’, question their understanding, and lastly question their knowledge of the Homosexual Agenda!
 
SEXUAL PRACTICES
 
Homosexual Activist  and resident sicko from Tasmania Rodney Croome, wrote in the Mercury, June 1994
“The Law makes criminals out of ordinary people because of who they love”.  Croomes concept of 'love' is to seek out an obliging anal orifice!
 
This is one of the best examples yet, of distortion and lies, designed to confuse the issue and appeal to the emotions, rather than logic, facts and common sense. Everybody in Tasmania (and Australia) has someone they love, including members of the same sex. Most children love, and are loved by their parents, boys are loved by the Fathers, (and Mothers). Girls are loved by their Mothers (and Fathers), Nephews are loved by their Uncles, Nieces are loved by their aunts, Brothers love each other, sisters love each other, and cousins love each other. NOT ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE, whether heterosexual, celibate, homosexual, bisexual is breaking the law. NOT ONE of those people are “Criminals” under the law.
 
Section 122 of the Criminal Code, “Crimes against morality” applies to EVERY PERSON in the State who does a sexual act against the order of Nature – an unnatural act. The Law prosecutes Males and Females under that section, where there is adequate cause and proof.
 
Section 123 applies to EVERY MALE PERSON in the State who performs an act of Gross Indecency with another Male person. This section usually refers to Sodomy.
 
The words; EVERY MALE PERSON includes Heterosexuals, Christians, Atheists, Black People, left handed people, tall people, short people, bald people, young people, old people, foreign people, Tasmanian people, unemployed people, business people and every other kind of Male people – including HOMOSEXUAL men.
 
In both Sections of the Law, the only distinction is the PRACTICE – no matter who performs it.
 
The Law is NOT concerned with “Identity” or Status or your Public standing or your family history or for that matter your sexual ”Preference” – the Law is concerned only with what you choose to DO.
 
(Of course, the Gay Law Reform Legislation has now passed into law thanks to the ALP and the LIBERALS and the effect of this Anti-Discrimination law upon present laws is anyone’s guess…..but time will tell.)
 
What has been made clear by the Homosexual movement is that the Law is not only concerned with Sodomy, but a whole range of sex acts, which undeniably have serious health consequences.
 
Such as Fisting (inserting one’s fist into a partners anal orifice), Rimming (placing one’s tongue on and in the anal orifice, Golden Showers (urinating on your partner), Fudge Sport (Something to do with faecal material), Toys (self explanatory), Sado-Masochism (Weird and psychologically deranged physical behaviour reflecting pain eg. Whipping etc…), Repeal of Sodomy, as the law stands, automatically legalises all these and allows all of these too be openly promoted.

There can be little doubt that NONE OF THESE ACTS can be concerned with “Affection” or committed relationships, and equally no doubt that people who have a need to perform these acts are severely and emotionally disturbed. This “chosen lifestyle” has little or nothing to do with Society but is an indication of a hidden deviate desire to freely practice and enjoy such a physical abomination! )
 
 It has never been the belief in society that people are free to pursue whatever form of sexual stimulation takes their fancy. Throughout civilised (that is the key) history, certain practices have been beneath human dignity, anti-social and immoral or depraved. Such practices are not and never have been “Neutral” or of no consequence, they are psychologically, emotionally and often physically hazardous to those taking part. In many cases, involvement in these practices leads to obsession and compulsive behaviour, and a gradual decent into increasingly bizarre forms of erotic gratification.
 
The AIDS epidemic and numerous other viral infections (Hepatitis A & B, gonorrhoea etc…) are a perfect example of allowing social-engineering politics to undermine, erode and ignore the health and wellbeing of our community)
 
Homosexuality is a basic dis-orientation, exposes the unsuspecting, immature individual to a whole range of ab-normal forms of sexual expression and in all cases, it is NOT at all “Human” to endorse their participation in these acts…… rather it is incumbent on society to assist the person in finding a more natural and safer lifestyle I which to express their “Humanity” and one that will build self-esteem, respect for others and human dignity but we believe as has happened that “decriminalising” HOMOSEXUALITY is an abject failure, an insidious cancer to society and a very real threat to the health of our communities.
 
Part of the debate (if you can call it that) centres on whether a person has the “right” to do as they please with all parts of their own body sexually, and to involve other people in their choices.
 
RIGHTS AND CHOICES
 
There are from time to time people who have strong beliefs in forms of mutilation, sticking needles, pins or rings in themselves, or more severe forms of self-mutilation. Those people are not considered to be practicing their “rights” but expressing un-natural psychological or emotional disturbances, which are anti-social and which in essence demean all of humanity. In some cases, a person can be prosecuted for self-mutilation. Self-mutilation is widely practiced in the homosexual community and we understand, it first originated in the San Francisco precinct where a large homosexual population exists. (Graphic illustrations are presented in www.australianspirit.org) The health and well being of our communities are at risk from many various diseases as it is, we don’t require an additional, unwanted medium to further activate these diseases as research will clearly define, homosexuals attract more than their fair share as a result of their “chosen lifestyle”!
(Much scientific research has been included and hundreds of papers have been written stating the obvious but politicians in Australia still persisted with the ‘indefensible argument’ that being gay was a human right!!)
 
Although as with Homosexuality, prosecution does ‘not’ automatically follow as the intent is not to “punish” someone who is already disturbed, but to set a standard as a deterrent for the Law abiding and thus minimise the incidence of this practice. Just recently the Queensland government outlawed the practice of certain mutilative practices under the age of eighteen years! (However, the very same political party (ALP) has legislated to allow homosexual teachers into our schools when credible scientific research clearly shows that between 33% and 50% of all paedophilia molestation in our schools is perpetrated by GAY MEN!)
 
Likewise, people have the belief in the desirability of certain substances, which they use, in or on their own body for various reasons, Alcohol, Smoking, Drugs, and even “Natural” therapies of various kinds. Some of these substances or practices (Bungee jumping) are also restricted by Law, and can result in prosecution of people who do things to their own bodies.
 
There are significant precedents then for Social and Legal intervention in a person’s “right” to do as they please, and sexual conduct has never been an exception to this tradition. It is incumbent on the Homosexual movement to PROVE that their practices have NO Social consequences………
 
To date, on the evidence available, this is far from being the case!!
 
PRIVACY
Again, it has been the practice throughout civilisation, that what a person does, even in private, is always open to Social scrutiny – not public inspection, but SOCIAL SCRUTINY!
 
The reasons for this are sensible and logical. Human beings have all different capacities and beliefs, and temperaments. What one person thinks is fine, may not be socially acceptable, and may in fact be detrimental to others within his/her household, street or community.
 
For this reason, there are restrictions on what people may or may NOT do in private. The keeping of certain animals in private is prohibited or controlled by Law. (As is the case now being investigated by councils all over the country regarding dangerous dogs) Certain activities (manufacturing) are prohibited in private, the use, or growing or creating certain substances in private is prohibited.
 
We are all subject to hygiene Laws and public health Laws in private and each person can certainly be prosecuted for unhygienic behaviour in private, if it constitutes a health hazard to the individual or the community.
 
On what grounds then should sexual practices involving exposure to human excrement be beyond the scope of the Law?
 
So far the only argument is the philosophical one, that some people see nothing wrong with these practices. (Rimming and Fisting are considered ‘sports’ that the homosexual community and it’s supporters seem to have little or no social conscience for and no problem with any unhealthy repercussions either to themselves or to the risk of cross-infection to the community at large.)
 
That argument does not alter the fact of the consequences of those acts, nor is that sufficient excuse in every other case where the Law, historically HAS intervened in Private conduct choices!
 
The United Nations International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Article 17, clearly states that “Privacy” is ALWAYS subject to interference on the grounds of Public Order, Public Health and Morals. In other words, the United Nations endorses the principle that IMMORAL acts are subject to Lawful intervention and prosecution.
 
NOT that we need to be guided by the wisdom of the UN…..that concept is a historical one, and has served society from its foundations throughout the world.
 
The question then remains;
 
1. Is Homosexual conduct MORAL?
2. Is Homosexual conduct HEALTHY?
3. Is Homosexual conduct conductive to SOCIAL ORDER?
4. Was it responsible to then decriminalise or normalise the practice of Homosexual conduct?
5. (What political forces and slimy backroom deals were brokered and brought to bear in order to achieve these goals and importantly, why were the PUBLIC not given a say?)
THE GREAT UNWASHED DON’T HAVE A CLUE!!
 
Without doubt, the scientific evidence, polls and experience overwhelmingly reject the fact that this behaviour is NOT moral, NOT healthy and NOT conductive to social order! After studying the transcript and scientific evidence provided, the answers to questions four and five will be answed!! Until such time that reliable evidence suggested the contrary, the Law should never have been changed, and in any case, as has been proven many times over, to establish such a new LAW for the first time in the history of civilisation will reflect far reaching and very dangerous precedents, and that sadly has proven to be the case!
 
CONCLUSIONS
A fair minded person, while possible disagreeing with Tas-Alert and Australian Spirit on these matters, cannot deny, that our reasoning and our concerns are valid, and that we have every right to express those concerns and those arguments publicly without interference and without being vilified simply for doing so.
 
To date, on the evidence so far examined, it seems certain, that LEGALISING SODOMY will usher in far reaching consequences to all of Society, far beyond the “Bedroom” of Homosexuals!
 
It is also clear, from the experiences interstate and overseas, where SODOMY has been legalised, and Morality abolished, that there has been no benefit to Homosexuals themselves as disease among homosexual men has increased and Society has endured many costly impositions upon it by the Homosexual movement.
 
(THE HEALTH COSTS OF DRUG PRESCRIPTIONS, HOSPITAL ADMISSIONS AND MEDICAL TREATMENT IS PROHIBITIVE…….BILLIONS OF YOUR TAX DOLLARS ARE BEING THROWN AT THESE SEXUAL DEVIATES IN THE NAME OF “HUMAN RIGHTS”!!)
 
In particular, other genuine minorities have been disadvantaged by being in competition with Homosexual groups for scarce TAXPAYER’S DOLLARS, and a whole generation of young people have had their values and their sexual, emotional realities distorted, by inclusion of the “Option” of Homosexuality thrust upon them in schools! We can assure parents, educators, bureaucrats and politicians that organizations such as these will continue to oppose, ridicule, educate the public and pressure politicians into revisiting the laws that protect homosexuality as a healthy alternate lifestyle…..the LIE that being GAY is somehow fun and healthy will be exposed that, we can guarantee!
 
The proliferation of Homosexual magazines (TAXPAYER FUNDED) has unleashed a whole new sub-culture of obscenity and sexually indecent pornography on Society. Homosexual art, which is focused on the bizarre erotic, homosexual street parades, which again focuses on the bizarre erotic and obscene, and homosexual bath houses and “Sleaze Ball” have imposed a new and generally distasteful (sexually sick and drug induced stupor) dimension to the word “Culture”. (The Queensland Art Gallery recently hosted a Philipino “artist’s” drawings and paintings that involved faecal contact, sodomy and other very sick fanciful subjects…the Queensland Government stated that this work was part of our culture and that they do not discriminate…the show was called PHLEGM) Without legislation of Sodomy, those developments could NEVER have taken place….AFTER LEGALISING SODOMY, IT IS NOW ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP THESE PUBLIC DISPLAYS OF HOMOSEXUAL “CULTURE” for want of a better more descriptive word but if you the PUBLIC are prepared to oppose such behaviour, then our politicians will sit up and take notice…it seems that all the scientific evidence under the sun will not shift their legislative pencils and, it is made just that much harder by MEDIA IGNORANCE or is it MEDIA CONNIVANCE?
 
The reason for this is that while the Law classes a practice as IMMORAL, to promote the practice publicly is the crime of “Corrupting Public Morals”……when the practice is no longer a crime, it is no longer Immoral, but is socially acceptable and on an equal footing with all other public conduct…it cannot easily be prohibited without support from moral and health conscious men and women.
 
ORDINARY FOLK LIKE YOU AND I MUST RISE UP AND DEMAND THAT THIS BEHAVOUR BE CONFINED TO THE BEDROOM AND PRACTICED WITHOUT TAX DOLLARS.
 
From a Public perspective, homosexuality will never be accepted and nor should it be, it can never and will never be accepted as an alternative to the normal biological values of the Heterosexual community but this very sad and dangerous sub-culture is being forced upon us, we are being “social engineered” to accommodate it, to tolerate it and to accept it as a result of unjust, immoral, undemocratic and politically motivated Laws that are intended to isolate, condemn and vilify anyone with the courage to stand up and expose the homosexual industry for what it is…..and if you do, the phoney Law introduced to protect SODOMY will ensure that speaking out, will carry a charge of “DISCRIMINATION”!!
